I became vegetarian 45 years ago and that’s when my love of cooking began. My 4 children were raised on a vegetarian diet and seem to have inherited my love for veggie food.
Over the years, I’ve cooked in industrial-sized vegetarian kitchens, at times providing up to 3 meals a day for up to 400 people. One year, I cooked in a vegetarian nursing home.
Vegetarian cooking is still a lot of fun for me, and I look forward to sharing some of my favorite creations!
You’ll find some with recipes, but many with just an ingredients list since I don’t usually write things down.
Expect some messy plates too.
