Pomegranate – my favorite way to use

Pomegranate season is here! They have many health benefits, so don’t miss out!

This is my favorite thing to do with pomegranate seeds:


Yep! I just add them to tender lettuce.

I make a dressing in the blender using:

  • champagne vinegar
  • olive oil
  • water
  • some of the pomegranate seeds
  • organic cane sugar
  • salt
